Furnish and install O’Keeffe’s product _______________ as manufactured by O’Keeffe’s Inc., 325 Newhall Street, San Francisco, California 94124, (415) 822-4222, and at locations shown on the drawings. Refer to specifying guide for model code; size, curb type, finish, glazing and options. Prior approval by architect required for substitution.

Glazing Materials: Acrylic, Polycarbonate or Glass shall meet the thickness specifications as defined by current I.C.B.O. acceptance criteria, or AAMA and manufacturer’s recommendations to withstand a __________ uniform live load and __________ negative load with appropriate safety factors.

Frames: Perimeter frames and glazing caps shall be extruded in aluminum alloy 6063-T5. Frame corners shall be mitered and full penetration heliarc welded.

Finish: Frame finish shall be as specified.

Installation: Perimeter frames shall be installed plumb, square and level on a bed of non-hardening butyl or silicone sealant. Frames shall be secured to curbs with fasteners as structurally required.

Experience Qualification: Manufacturer shall have been regularly engaged in the fabrication of such skylights for a minimum of ten years.
