Furnish The Terminator model code _______________ as manufactured by O’Keeffe’s Inc., 325 Newhall Street, San Francisco, California 94124, (415) 822-4222, where indicated on drawings. Refer to specifying guide for model code. Prior approval by architect required for substitution.

Reglet shall be extruded high impact noryl and the type indicated by the model code. U.V. stable EPDM wedge gasket and one splicing sleeve for each 10 feet of reglet material shall be provided by the manufacturer.

Flashing shall be of the material, gauge and finish indicated by the model code.

Installation shall be according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from date of shipment.
