Material:

Extruded Noryl®

Description:
The type CF reglet is designed to be embedded vertically or horizontally into concrete. It provides a continuous fastening block to attach the roofing membrane. A removable strip prevents the reglet opening from filling with concrete during pouring. The wedge gasket is removable for re-roofing.

For Vertical Applications

Flashing for Reglet Type CF:
Use flashing type 4.

Installation: Before pouring concrete fasten reglet to forms 16 inches on center (fasteners by others). Precisely align abutting sections. Miter all corners. After forms are taken down, remove filler strip and clip off fasteners. Attach roofing membrane according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Secure flashing to reglet with EPDM wedge gasket. Overlap flashing 3 inches. Use wind clips as needed. Flashing can be taken out for re-roofing and reinstalled.

For Horizontal Applications

Flashing for Reglet Type CF:
Use flashing type 5.

Installation: Before pouring concrete use steel mounting straps to position reglet flush with the top surface of the pour. Precisely align abutting sections. Miter all corners. After forms are taken down, remove filler strip and clip off fasteners. Install insulation. Secure flashing to reglet with sealant per the manufacturer’s instructions. Overlap flashing 3 inches. Flashing can be taken out for re-roofing and reinstalled.
